One week of Hawaii Tech Week 2026, photos from an iPhone and a Nikon, video from the Nikon, and Field Intelligence, the system that logs every frame, checks every claim, clears every person and renders it all in whatever look a client needs.
Every day is the best of what I shot: sharp, de-duplicated, with video checked for shake and clean starts. Each day switches into a look drawn from its venue and a Pinterest Predicts 2026 trend, so you can see how far one system stretches. These are concept looks, not official venue pages.

The photos are what I shoot. This is what I do with them. Every frame is logged, every claim is checked against a source, every person on camera is on record, and the finished posts render from one file in any brand.
The real record for one photo from Monday.
IMG_2481 usable_supporting scene closed white service door, "TALI'S BAGELS & SCHMEAR", hours 7:00AM-2:00PM, closed Tuesdays text "CHECK-IN HERE / ROOTED HERE, RECOGNIZED EVERYWHERE / with Chris Do" text "This event will be photographed and recorded. By entering, you acknowledge..."
With 360 stills logged from Monday alone, "every sign in the building" is a query. Real searches of that day's log:

| The draft said | The source said | Now reads |
|---|---|---|
| About 5,000 people came to Hawaii Tech Week. | The organizer said on tape, during the week, that about 5,000 were expected. The official report counts registrations, not attendance. | About 5,000 were expected. |
| OurSpace hosted the first day of the first Hawaii Tech Week. | The official report calls 2026 the third year. | The first day of Hawaii Tech Week 2026. |
| A quote ran three sentences together as one line. | The recording has another sentence between two of them. | The missing sentence restored. |
| The speaker's answer took about 30 seconds. | The clip is 81 seconds, and the full story runs about two minutes. | About a minute. |
| A bank has $19 billion in assets, stated as fact. | That was the speaker's own on-mic figure. The bank's June filing shows $15.7 billion. | Attributed to the speaker, in quotes. |
| A worksheet photo captioned as left behind after the workshop. | Nothing in the frame says whose it was or when it was left. | Caption cut back to what the photo shows. |
Every person on camera, photographed or quoted has a recorded consent status and the evidence for it. 208 posts, none blocked.
If I can't confirm who someone is, the caption says so and uses no name.
Each quote names its file and timestamp. Full transcripts sit beside the posts.
If two recordings disagree on a word, the caption leaves the word out until someone listens.
Your event or shoot, captured and logged so any frame takes a minute to find.
Quotes, numbers and names checked against the source before they post.
Slides, cards and clips rendered in your look from one source file.
One place where the person who signs off sees the media beside its sources.
